Satori House at Shoreline Center Opens New Eating Disorder Extended Care Residence in Long Beach, CA, in an Effort to Prevent Relapse

Long Beach, CA, March 26, 2007 --( The Shoreline Center for Eating Disorder Treatment announces the opening of Satori House, a Supportive Living Home for those in recovery from Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, located in a serene, upscale neighborhood, close to Cal State Long Beach with easy access to shopping, public transportation and the beach.

Rachel Levi, LMFT, CEDS, Founder and Clinical Director said “Opening a new, residential extended care facility is critical to providing ongoing, supportive care for patients on the recovery path. It provides a semi-structured environment to practice their newly learned living skills. We are thrilled to be able to move forward with this exciting step”.
