Medix Staffing Solutions Relocates Pittsburgh Office to Better Service Area Customers
Lombard, IL, July 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Medix Staffing Solutions, Inc., a national staffing organization specialized in recruiting skilled personnel for clients in the Professional Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare and Information Technology industries, recently moved its Pittsburgh, Penn. office to a new location on July 1st. The new office, located at Seven Parkway Center, 875 Greentree Road, Suite 104, will continue to serve Medix’s contractors and clients across the greater Pittsburgh area.
The move was strategic for Medix’s growth initiatives and will better service both clients and contractors in the area, according to Tony Spagnolo, Sales Manager of the Medix Pittsburgh office. “We made the move to enhance our service to a greater portion of the Pittsburgh area. The new facility is in very close proximity to downtown, so we can cover a larger radius from the city. It is also very easily accessible for candidates by public transportation,” said Spagnolo.
Medix’s Pittsburgh office is one of the company’s eleven offices nationwide. The office opened its doors at the original location in May of 2009 to supplement Medix’s Rockville, Md. location, specifically to support the business of one of the company’s most substantial clients.
“Medix had been remotely recruiting in Pittsburgh for several years, but it was vital for us to have an actual presence in this location to truly assist with our clients’ needs,” said Spagnolo.
In May of 2010, Spagnolo, who originally started his Medix career in the Chicago office in 2007 and relocated to the company’s New Jersey office in 2008, made one more relocation to help spearhead the efforts to cultivate the Pittsburgh office. Since then, the company has made significant strides in growing its client and contractor base, as well as creating opportunities for more internal hires to grow the office.
“Our office experienced great growth throughout 2010 and during the first half of 2011,” said Spagnolo. “Since the inception of our office, we have acquired 15 new clients and poised ourselves to grow our internal workforce throughout 2011.
