Brighton, United Kingdom, July 28, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Shaping Leaders have arranged for celebrated Nia Black Belt Teacher Helen Terry to travel from Texas, USA to Brighton to run 6 days of public dance classes from August 5 – 10. Helen is one of only 15 Nia trainers in the world.

What is Nia? Nia draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music in 45 countries around the world. People of all abilities can participate by choosing from three intensity levels. Dance novices and elite athletes alike can adapt the moves to meet their needs.

The Brighton workshops include a “Dark Side of the Moon” session, offering Pink Floyd fans a unique way to explore the music more intimately.

During her visit Helen will also run the Nia Blue Belt Training from Aug 5 – 11. This is the second level of Nia training and White Belt teachers from around the world will travel to Brighton to attend.

“I've never taken a group exercise class where I've felt such a seamless, beautiful connection between my body, the moves and the music.”
