Managing director, Jack Krosinski, credits this change to his previous experience with Joomla and the rapid development cycle of open-source software.

“Having looked at the options available on the market, I pressed hard for the company to move away from proprietary software towards embracing the open-source platform,” says Krosinski. “My previous experience with Joomla via my personal projects such as solidified my conviction that a well managed open-source CMS project is superior to any proprietary software bundle under the $100k benchmark. In addition, the motivated and very active development community is second to none.”

The now completely open-source run portal is accepting applications from component developers for the portal’s beta-testing program. Any party interested in test running their solution on a live production site can submit their proposal via Software must be relevant to the production environment.
