Vaughan-Birch's practice encompasses many areas of local government law, including zoning approvals, administrative appeals, development agreements, agricultural and real property tax appeals, and negotiating infrastructure agreements for large-scale commercial and residential developments. He was the first land use attorney in Fort Myers to obtain LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
