Global HR Research Increases Customer Service Team to Meet Growing Demand

Bonita Springs, FL, April 27, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Brandon G. Phillips CEO of Global HR Research, a leading provider of employment screening and investigative services, welcomes Erin Snider, Kristin Foelgner and Maggie McCasey to the team. As account representative screening specialists, they will provide detailed background screens for clients allowing them to make quality hiring decisions.

Erin Snider will be responsible for developing and maintaining clients throughout the Southeast U.S. Prior to joining Global HR Research, Snider was assistant director of operations for Hausfeld’s Salons and The Spa in Ohio. In that position, she was responsible for the company’s daily operations which included hiring new employees, coordinating events and promotions, and setting and achieving sales goals for the multi-million dollar company.

Kristin Foelgner is currently attending Florida Gulf Coast University, and will graduate in April 2007, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. While maintaining her studies, Foelgner plays on the university’s tennis team, is president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and is vice president of the Undergraduate Business Association. In addition these accomplishments, she has held internships at Source Interlink and Gulfshore Insurance. Upon her graduation this April Foelgner will concentrate on the Florida market.

Maggie McCasey will work from Global HR Research’s new Midwest Division office and oversee accounts throughout Michigan and Ohio. Previously, McCasey was a customer service representative for United Airlines. During her six years with United, McCasey developed and perfected exceptional problem solving and customer relationship skills which will transfer perfectly into her new role at Global HR.
