The Red Room will offer a three- course prix fixe menu for $30 with a wine pairing option available for $10. - The Red Room’s first course options are: tostones (twice-fried plantains with manchego, honey drizzle and cracked pepper), with a wine pairing of Paternina Banda Dorodo; or roasted beet and goat cheese tart with chive creme fraiche and paprika oil, and a wine pairing of Mirabueno Sauvignon Blanc.
- The second course options are: pan seared tuna with sauteed wild mushrooms, peas and saffron cauliflower “couscous” with a cilantro vinaigrette, and a wine pairing of Licia; grilled filet mignon with risotto, sauteed green beans and Rioja-stewed tomatoes with a wine pairing of Vega Montan; or confit duck leg and thigh with sauteed chick peas and arugula, apple relish and sour orange vinaigrette, with a wine pairing of Mesta Tempranillo.
- The third course options are: chocolate lava cake with coffee ice cream; or fresh peach tart with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis, both with a wine pairing of Segura Viudas Brut Rose.
