Serenity Storage in Buffalo, Missouri has acquired its newest property in Camdenton, Missouri.
Buffalo, MO, August 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Serenity Storage, headquartered in Buffalo, Missouri, has acquired its third self-storage property in Camdenton, Missouri. Clearwater Mini Storage has 131 storage units and is located at 3777 W. US Hwy 54, Camdenton, MO 65020.
The Clearwater property features well-made Trachte building construction, perimeter security gates and Digi-Gate security gate system. The property is paved and well-lit for additional security benefits. The buildings were constructed between 2005 and 2008 and represent excellent customer value for customers wishing to store items in Camdenton and the Lake of the Ozarks region.
Serenity Storage uses a property management system operated by U-Haul. This system will be used at the new Clearwater site and offers additional conveniences to its customers such as on-line bill payment and auto payment options using credit, debit or electronic check payment options.
