Joseph Segal is a principal at Kingstone Properties, LLC. Prior to joining Kingstone Properties, Mr. Segal began his career at Staubach Retail, the nation's largest retail estate services firm. Subsequently, Mr. Segal joined Studley, a leading commercial real estate firm, in their NYC offices. After relocating to Los Angeles in the fall of 2008, Mr. Segal was hired by Decron Properties, a Southern California property development, acquisition, and investment company, where he became an expert in the Los Angeles real estate market. Mr. Segal's wealth of experience and knowledge has positioned Kingstone Properties as a serious contender in the real estate industry. Even amidst economic downturn, Mr. Segal's philosophy of “In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity” has led to tremendous success and growth for the company. Mr. Segal received his bachelor's degree from the Sy Syms School of Business, where he majored in finance with a concentration in real estate studies.
Liatte Platt is a principal at Kingstone Properties, LLC, serving as both general counsel and management liaison. Prior to joining Kingstone Properties, Ms. Platt was an associate at Pircher, Nichols, and Meeks, a renowned, national real estate law firm, practicing in the firm’s real estate department. Ms. Platt’s practice focused on commercial real acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing. Her experience also includes financings, management, and general corporate work. Ms. Platt received her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, and is an active member of the State Bar of California. She received her bachelor’s degree with high honors from California State University at Northridge.
Jonathan Platt is a principal at Kingstone Properties, LLC, serving as both counsel and its chief financial officer. Prior to joining Kingstone Properties, Mr. Platt was a financial associate at LSA, working on various deals, including municipal securities stripping, HUD multi-family refinancings, real estate loan syndication, and a variety of unique financial transactions. Mr. Platt began his career working for the NY Supreme Court and NY Housing Court divisions before transitioning from general law to real estate law and finance. Mr. Platt received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and is an active member of the State Bar of California. He received his bachelor's degree in finance, graduating summa cum laude, from Sy Syms School of Business.
