National Board of Collection Attorneys Announces Founding Advisory Board

Founded to help collection attorneys and their collection staff meet the competition associated with Creditors' Rights and Collection Law along with the other challenges of a rapidly changing economy, a group of professionals with decades of experience in the collection industry have formed a new organization and installed an experienced Advisory Board.

Chicago, IL, September 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Founding Members of the Advisory Board are as follows:

Martin B. Greenbaum - Attended UCLA and acquired intensive trial experience while serving for four and 1/2 years as Deputy District Attorney with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Since then, he has been engaged in civil collection, enforcement of judgments and construction cases. Mr. Greenbaum is a senior attorney with the law firm of Greenbaum Law Group and limits his practice to collection and loss recovery. Mr. Greenbaum is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has served as an instructor and presenter for seventeen California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) programs on Enforcement of Judgments and Post-trial practice.

Claudio Koren - received his Bachelor of Law and Master's of Law Degrees from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina School of Law and Social Sciences, the later in 1990. His first language is Spanish, and he is conversational in Italian and Portuguese. Mr. Koren then immigrated to Israel, learned Hebrew and passed that nations Bar Exam. He was admitted to practice in Israel in1996 with the Netanel Law Firm, a boutique law firm situated in the City of Holon , which specialized in Israeli Collection Law (in Hebrew called "Hotzaa-Lapoal").

Mark V. Matz - began working in the broadcast media for WGN Radio and Televsion (a part of the Tribune Company) in Chicago back in the late 1970's on the then #1 rated radio program, and later in Sports working for Baseball Hall of Fame Broadcasters, Jack Brickhouse and Lou Boudreau before moving into the Finance Department at WGN as Credit Manager. After broadcasting, he went to work in the credit industry in the association side of the business before providing marketing services to a number of members of the industry ranging from attorneys, collection agencies and law list publishers. Mark served as Marketing Director for the CLLA and remains active with them.

Jeffrey J. Needle hails originally from Washington,D.C. and graduated from University of Maryland, Towson Campus with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Prior to his enrollment in Nova Southeastern University Law School where he earned his law degree, Mr. Needle owned and operated Potomac Legal Support Services, Inc. a Washington, D.C. legal support services company providing skip tracing, debtor locating, asset locating services and process service to D.C. based attorneys and clients.

Gary Tier - is the president and publisher of The Forwarders List of Attorneys (FLA), a leading directory of attorneys who specialize in all aspects of collections. FLA was founded in 1922, and under Gary’s leadership, its 89 years of rich history has been blended with twenty-first century customer service and technological initiatives.
