Global HR Research Appoints Thomas A. Knox as Chief Financial Officer

Knox brings 30 years of executive leadership to Global HR Research. As Chief Financial Officer, he will oversee the company’s corporate and departmental financial goals as well as maintain ongoing communication with Phillips, the board of directors, investors and share holders.

Throughout his career, Knox has developed over 150 business plans; worked with over 160 different organizations; participated in the planning and implementation of over 50 mergers; participated in the implementation to turn-around 11 financially distressed organizations; and participated in 10 start-up companies.

Knox’s executive experience in positions such as CEO, COO, CFO and senior advisor to boards of directors includes extensive strategy development, operations, finance, business development, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Knox holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Marquette University in Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in business administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
