Jeffrey Milberg Named Vice President of NorthWest Direct Marketing

Jeff Milberg, VP sales for NorthWest Direct Marketing is assuming responsibility for helping companies improve their customer acquisition processes as well as their customer service functions. Milberg has over 25 years industry experience.

Portland, OR, September 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Jeffrey Milberg has been named Vice President Sales, NorthWest Direct Marketing, it was announced today by Timothy Rote, President.

As vice president sales for NorthWest Direct Marketing, Milberg is responsible for helping companies improve their customer acquisition processes as well as their customer service functions. Working with the marketing, account management and IT teams, NorthWest Direct Marketing will continue to offer innovative call center and customer service opportunities for clients.

Milberg has extensive direct marketing experience and brings a mix of creative, business development and marketing approaches to client partnerships. He came to NorthWest Direct Marketing from FJ Associates, LLC where he was a managing director and vice president for teleservices outsourcing and database list sales.

Milberg previously co-founded Telemarketing Concepts, Inc. a leader in B2B telemarketing, growing to six contact centers. When the company was sold to a Philippine software venture, he was instrumental in the establishment of call centers in Manila. Later, Milberg established an international teleservices program/vendor management company with a network of call centers worldwide. He also worked for the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he directed operations as well as sales and marketing strategies for Salesnet and Dun’s Marketing Services Divisions.

Milberg will work out of the New York City and Vermont offices.
