Two Time Food Network Cupcake Wars Winner Opens Cupcake Shop in Jacksonville, FL

Jacksonville, FL, September 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- SweetByHolly, a gourmet cupcake and frozen yogurt concept new to the market will open at St. John’s Town Center in Jacksonville on September 24th. The owner, Hollis Wilder, is a two-time winner of Cupcake Wars, on the Food Network. Her first store in Waterford Lakes Town Center, Orlando was recently the location for a Food Network pilot set to air in October. Before moving to Florida six years ago, Wilder spent 15 years cooking for celebrities and entertainment industry executives in Los Angeles. The chef recently signed with Abrams Publishing of NYC to write a cookbook that will include 100 of her favorite savory recipes all to be prepared in the classic American cupcake pan. The Jacksonville store will offer 30 flavors of gourmet cupcakes baked from scratch daily, along with 12 flavors of self-serve frozen yogurt and 48 toppings. As in her Orlando store, SweetByHolly will have online ordering and delivery in the metro area via a refrigerated cupcake truck. The store's grand opening, Saturday, September 24th, will be a fundraiser with 100% of the proceeds going to local non-profit, Girls on the Run.
