Aisling Industries Personnel Complete IPC J-STD-001 Solder Re-Certification

El Centro, CA, September 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Global Electronics Manufacturing Specialist Aisling Industries has recently announced that all in-house personnel engaged with ITAR and MilSpec regulated programs have now completed their IPC J-STD-001 certification.

As part of Aisling Industries continued drive to meet the very highest standards when it comes to industry compliance and production quality, members of the company’s staff attended the mandatory 36-hour intensive IPC J-STD-001 training program at the Aisling training center in El Centro, California. Juana Madrigal, Monica de la Cruz, Emilia Covarrubias, Rosa Valadez, Blanca Escareño and Adriana Montoya have now been recognized with the esteemed IPC J-STD-001 qualification, which sets the standard for process control and outlines production requirements for a broad array of electronics products. The 36-hour course was taught by Jeronimo Vera, a Certified IPC Instructor.

The IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies is the leading standard for organizations involved in the field of electronics assembly manufacturing. It allows in-house staff to gain a full knowledge of the materials, methods and verification criteria for producing high quality soldered interconnections.

Companies that implement an IPC-sponsored program within their organizational infrastructure are shown to exhibit continued operational and program improvement. This, in turn, sends out a strong message to both, current and potential customers alike in showing that the organization is serious about improving their Quality standards.

Now, with this additional employee soldering training completed and verified, Aisling Industries is expected to continue to grow in their role as a standard-bearer within the electronics manufacturing industry.
