)-- AOK Events, a leading corporate event management and hospitality provider, are delighted to announce the launch of their new website. The fresh new look and theme provide a much enhanced visitor experience, and demonstrate their expanding areas of focus in the Events market.
The updated site incorporates a number of significant improvements, developed on the basis of extensive usability testing. Some of the new functionality includes a live Twitter feed, displayed on the Home page, where visitors can keep up-to-date with the latest news and insights in the Events and Hospitality market place, as well as the latest special offers available. A Live Chat feature allows visitors to communicate, in real-time, with an AOK staff member, getting answers to their questions and enquiries instantly, without having to pick up the phone or wait for a reply to an email enquiry. A Meet The Team page, with photographs and short, tongue-in-cheek, biographies of key team members, allows visitors to put a face to the member of staff dealing with their enquiry.
A number of previous features have been retained, such as the Hospitality Calendar, as visitor feedback highlighted these as valuable functionalities. Enhancements to the overall navigation, however, help to provide a much improved user experience.
The decision was made to update the website, to allow existing and potential clients to better understand the range of services that AOK can deliver. The development of the site represents the company’s latest step to be widely recognised as a full-service events provider, as well as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of corporate hospitality. The updated layout and content highlights the 4 key areas that their services address; Live Events; Hospitality; Bespoke Events and Incentive Travel.
