Focus Development will host a one-day closeout sale at the community on Saturday, October 22 starting at 9 a.m. Beginning Monday, October 17 at 9 a.m., contract appointments will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis to those who phone (630) 690-5900 or visit online at (look for the contract appointment link in the upper right corner of the home page).
