San Diego Wine Storage Unveils New Website
New site features online wine inventory and wine forums.

In addition to an expanded format with a variety of information for wine enthusiasts, the site features the SDWS Locker Room, an online web portal with a wine inventory database plus four different wine and beer related forums.
SDWS members are now able to go online and manage their collection in “My Cellar,” a proprietary, password protected database designed specifically for SDWS collectors. Members can convert an existing Excel spreadsheet or their CellarTracker account to the SDWS format and upload it directly into My Cellar. They can then access and manage their collection from any computer, including the mobile laptop provided by SDWS in their San Diego and Solana Beach locations.
The website’s “Collectors Forum” contains four different forums: one for wine lovers, one for beer lovers, one for local wine retailers and wine organizations, and the SDWS Trading Floor where members can exchange wines with other SDWS members. Like My Cellar, the Collectors Forum is a secure, password protected site available only to SDWS members.
“We wanted our website to be more useful than just an electronic business card for the company,” said Gerry Hark, one of the SDWS owners. “Wine and beer lovers want easy, up to date access to their collections and My Cellar gives them the tracking ability they need.
