Linda Craft Marks 7 Years with Raleigh-Based Luxury Home Marketing Group Mark - Anniversary Features Retreat, Strategy Session for Elite Homes

Raleigh, NC, October 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group marked 7 years of collaboration with a September retreat to Myrtle Beach. Nine members of the group tossed away the smart-phones, and focused on the particular needs that homes in the $750,000 and up range need to sell in and around the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill marketplace.

“While we can be fierce competitors with one another, the Luxury Home Marketing Group collaborates because we also focus on our clients first,” said LHMG Vice-President Linda Craft. “We first connected seven years ago, because we realized that there is such a small percentage of homes which sell in this end of the marketplace each year, that we could pool a career’s worth of experience in a very short time. We’ve multiplied that knowledge and experience ever since.”

Member Linda Lee hosted at a beachfront condominium at Kingston Plantation. The event included waterfront dining at golfer Greg Norman’s and Thunderbirds, along with some fun in the sun and shopping.

Vice-President Linda Craft, Secretary Jill Rekuc of Olde Raleigh Real Estate, LLC, Treasurer Shawn Britt of Realty World-Triangle Living and Past-President Kimberly Conroy complete the 2011 executive board. Steina DeAndrade, Brenda Holden, Linda Kolarov, Linda Lee and Deborah Nance are also in the group’s 2011 membership. The group was formed in 2004 as a coalition of luxury home real estate experts, representing luxury home buyers and sellers with extraordinary real estate expertise and service in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park and surrounding counties.
