BBQ Cook Off Brings Florida Badges to the Grill and Ribs to the Judges for the First Ever Battle of the Badges BBQ Competition

They typically work as a team, but this BBQ Smoke Off will put South Florida law enforcement officers, firefighters and self proclaimed BBQ experts on different sides of the pit for a BBQ challenge that will give the community a taste of a lifetime, and the winner a year of well earned bragging rights.

West Palm Beach, FL, October 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Which BBQ team can bring the judges and crowd to their knees without handcuffs? If you don’t attend, you may never know. The 1st Annual Battle of the Badges BBQ Cook-Off takes place Saturday November 5th from 9:00am to 5:00pm at Bedner’s Farm Market in Boynton Beach.

This BBQ Competition has law enforcement officers trading in their pepper spray for secret spices in hopes of creating the finest mouth watering BBQ around. The public is invited to come take a bite out of BBQ and enjoy a day of food, family and fun. Organizers have assembled a panel of talented pit master and celebrity judges who will carefully sample and rate all of the team entries.
