This applies to all moms, whether they are taking care of infant twins, nieces and nephews, step children, or their own mother. Moms are hardwired to be caregivers, but as a result of always giving and, more often than not, forgetting to put their oxygen masks on first, a piece of their former selves, that Happy piece, can easily go missing.
MomsTakeBack was created to celebrate mothers and help them band together to find ways to “take back”, encouraging a more fulfilled life and lots of Happy. Moms Take Back also serves as an informative resource for those around us.
