OpSuite Completes Release of OpSuite v3

The upgrade contains some significant changes to the core functionality of their cloud based software. OpSuite v3 provides significant enhancements in the user experience and performance of the system. Through the use of new application controls and the latest version of Microsoft SQL (SQL Server 2008 Enterprise), OpSuite v3 offers faster access to data as well as faster writing of data. This contributes to and improves the overall performance of the system.
The addition of a separate database for the reporting module and dashboard screen to use for data access contributes to better performance of reports and KPIs. The department and category, sales tax collected, and the item price list reports are all over 120% faster with OpSuite v3 over OpSuite v2.
OpSuite v3 features enhanced communications through the optimization of their communication mechanism (OpSuite RT) to increase performance, and decrease situations where data/messages get backed up during heavy use periods or mass change situations. OpSuite RT communications are over 150% faster with OpSuite v3 over OpSuite v2.
