Controversial Randall Davis Property Announces Launch with VIP Event

Randall Davis’ Sonoma development announces VIP launch party.

Houston, TX, April 18, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Randall Davis’ Sonoma development, which has had South Hampton residents up in arms, announces VIP launch party for pre-sale opportunists and a sneak peek at Randall Davis’ newest venture to be held on the evenings of Tuesday, April 17 and Thursday, April 19.

The VIP launch party will be held at 2408 Bolsover, former home to Hire’s Fabrics. The vacant space will be remodeled for the highly anticipated launch of the Rice Village Sonoma development and will feature tours of Sonoma models and floor plans in the newly erected sales center. Over 600 interested buyers have already rsvp’d for the Tuesday evening invitation only event.

Good & Wright Event designers partnered with Icon Magazine and several high-end vendors in the Houston area as sponsors of this dual evening lavish event including Capital Grille, Bice Ristorante, Tourneau and Momentum BMW. Each evening, Randall Davis’ guests will have the opportunity to take home a custom wine package valued at $1000.00.

Recently, Sonoma has been the topic of much political discussion among South Hampton residents who fear the development will only bring more traffic and congestion to the area.

Randall Davis Company, commissioned by La Mesa Properties, has carefully designed and placed Sonoma at a location that will preserve the pedestrian-friendly culture and independent retail culture that is so unique to the Rice Village area. The Sonoma property will boast 225 residences, open air markets, bountiful pedestrian access and an abundance of one-of-a-kind boutiques, shops and markets.

Randall Davis has developed over 15 loft and high-rise properties spanning to Las Vegas, Galveston and South Padre. Davis has upgraded the multi-family residential real estate market to preferred homes to Houston’s most elite and discriminating residents.
