Hope International University's Halloween Happy House 2011: Oh the Places You’ll Go

HIU will once again host its free family-friendly Halloween event on their Fullerton campus.

Fullerton, CA, October 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- As part of their annual tradition, Hope International University (HIU) will host its Halloween alternative event, “Happy House,” on Monday, October 31, from 6 – 9 p.m. This year’s theme is “Dr. Seuss’ Oh The Places You’ll Go.”

Happy House will feature free food, trick-or-treating through the first floor of the women’s dorms, a petting zoo, pony rides, a bounce house, and a specially created haunted house in the lobby of the men’s dorms. Attendees will also get to play Dr. Seuss themed carnival games, hear a Bible story told by The Cat in the Hat, and see plenty of Seuss-inspired costumes. Happy House is completely free, fun, and safe for the whole family.

HIU will continue accepting donations of candy and baked goods to use for the event until Happy House begins. Donations can be dropped off any time at the ASB office in the Lawson-Fulton Student Center at Hope’s campus. For more information, contact Michele Kleeman, Student Activities Advisor, at makleeman@hiu.edu or 714-879-3901 ext. 1292.
