Peabody, MA, October 23, 2011 --(PR.com
)-- Joy. Passion. Solitude. Relaxation. Love. Laughter. Adventure. Friendship. Romance…all things a woman yearns for in her life. Yet in today’s busy world, these moments of positive experiences can be few and forgotten. No longer…not if Julie McGrath of The Joy Source has her way.
On October 22, The Joy Ride begins…a new online magazine full of motivational articles, inspirational life stories, educational commentaries from experts in a variety of disciplines, and ideas and thoughts to help you live your best life Now.
“I started The Joy Source in 2009 to encourage women to live a more joyful and purposeful life. In addition to my annual events, I mailed out a printed newsletter…just a few pages with an article or two, designed to give women a calm moment for themselves, over a cup of tea or when they could find quiet. Then I found I wanted to say more…to offer longer opportunities for reflection and expand the concepts of what is possible,” says Julie McGrath.
And The Joy Ride was born. “I fought the idea of an online magazine because I wanted women to hold the stories in their hands. But with today’s technology, I realized it can happen.” Created on a pdf file and uploaded to issu.com, the magazine can be downloaded for free for anyone with access to the internet. Read it on a computer, open it on an ipad or smartphone, take it with you whenever you need moments of truth and renewal.
The Joy Ride will be published quarterly and this first edition is available starting October 22 at http://tinyurl.com/68bp8yk. And for more information on upcoming day-long events and weekend retreats, visit The Joy Source at http://www.thejoysource.com.
