2. Conducting Online searches for obtaining and/or verifying – Back Title, MLS, Tax Information etc. Calling Counties/Towns in case information is not available online.
3. Order Title searches and run Bankruptcy/Patriot search.
4. Ordering Seller Mortgage Pay-offs and follow-up
5. Preparing Title Commitments and generate relevant documents like Fee Sheet, Underwriter’s jacket etc.
6. Pre-closing as well as Closing Coordination (viz. Drawing packages as per Lender’s instructions, Prepare Preliminary HUD or HUD-1 for the Settlement Officer/client etc.)
