Thomas Parry joins more than 40,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation, which is the measure of professionalism and qualification in helping buyers acquire residential property. The ABR designation is awarded by The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), to REALTORS© who meet the educational and practical experience criteria.

All real estate professionals who have earned the ABR designation are required to successfully complete a comprehensive core course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty. In addition, they have to submit documentation verifying professional experience and specific sales performance goals in representing homebuyers in successful home purchase transactions in the last three years. All ABR designees had to pass a written examination with a high degree of accuracy.
