Working out of the Howard Perry and Walston Garner office, Tart will continue to operate from his office at 1000 N. Main Street in Fuquay-Varina to manage his listings and sales activity.
Marty is a native of Fuquay-Varina and has an extensive background in development and marketing new home communities and the owner of an award winning building company. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Raleigh-Wake County and is an active member of the Parade of Home committee.
