Seattle, WA, November 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Blitz, Inc., is a privately held sales and marketing firm based in Bellevue, WA and services the greater Seattle area. The president is currently planning many volunteer opportunities for his employees in the upcoming months. The two biggest opportunities are with Toys for Tots and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The president of the company believes that his business practices, morals, and personal example have contributed greatly to the company's growth in the last quarter.

The president of the company, Tom Peck, views the community as "a valuable resource" in which one should "leave it better than he/she found it." He also believes that by getting more involved with those his company does business with, better relationships will be built and employee satisfaction will be increased. Tom's background in counseling at-risk youth in his hometown of Clarinda, IA drives his efforts to continue reaching out a helping hand to other businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations.

Since Blitz, Inc.'s inception, employees' efforts to improve the community have been dually noted. With a goal to make a real difference in employee's and community residents lives, several plans have been made to assist the community in education, beautification, and employment.

While the company holds professionalism and integrity at the forefront of their mission, social responsibility is a key component to that mission. Tom believes that by having these key principles in place, relationships with clients, employees and customers alike will continue to grow exponentially in the Seattle area.

Blitz’s vision is to train young entrepreneurs to transform communities, specifically through involvement in the community and by creating jobs in today’s down-sized economy. Through a fast-paced and merit-based training structure, employees learn what it takes to survive in today’s business world. Employees are trained in outside sales, leadership concepts and theories, psychology of consumers, strategic management, human resources, and all facets of team management. Tom believes that by having this structure in place, his management staff will be fully capable of expansion to new markets and the assistance to the development of education, beautification, and employment in those markets.
