Oyezz’s Short Sale Expert, John Anderson, Joins Regular Lineup on the Willie Lambright Show

Dallas and Fort Worth area homeowners and realtors wanting to know more about short sales can tune in to KVCE 1160 every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. John Anderson with Oyezz will co-host the Willie Lambright Real Estate radio talk show. Each week John will address issues related to short sales, who qualifies, the process, how to select an agent, and more.

Dallas, TX, November 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- John Anderson, president of Oyezz Real Estate, will be a regular co-host on the Willie Lambright Real Estate show. Anderson will be the show’s resident expert on short sales, helping DFW homeowners understand the short sale process.

Beginning November 8, from 9 to 10 a.m. every Tuesday, listeners can tune in to KVCE 1160 to hear a live discussion about short sales. Anderson will explain the benefits of a short sale, who qualifies, the process, how to select an agent, as well as what homeowners need to know to protect them from short sale fraud.

Residential short sales are highly complex. While more and more lenders are encouraging homeowners at risk of foreclosure to conduct a short sale, few real estate agents have the experience and expertise to successfully manage a short sale, putting homeowners at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure.

“One in four residential properties is upside down in value in the DFW Metroplex. Negative home equity and the poor economy raise the risk of homeowners defaulting on their home loans,” said Willie Lambright, the show host. “For this reason, homeowners need to know about short sales in the event they are not able to keep their home.”

Lambright added, “Oyezz has closed hundreds of short sales and is the most experienced short sale agent in the Metroplex. We’re excited to have John join our lineup of professional real estate experts that share their knowledge every week on the show.”

Any homeowner interested in short selling their home -- or a consumer or investor interested in buying a short sale property -- will benefit from Anderson’s experience and insight. Archives of each show will be available for listening on demand shortly after the live show airs each week.

“As a co-host on Willie’s show, I hope to help homeowners make more informed decisions about their homes when facing foreclosure,” said Anderson. “We are also looking forward to helping Willie achieve his goal of becoming the number one real estate talk show in DFW.”
