First Yoga Retreat at Longevity Wellness Resort Monchique
From the 30th November to the 4th December, Longevity Wellness Resort Monchique will be holding, for the first time, a Yoga Retreat designed to help you to understand the foundations of Classical Yoga.
Monchique, Portugal, November 06, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Longevity Yoga Retreat sessions are planned to initiate or improve the personal practice of the Yoga and to help the participants to integrate Yoga in their daily life.
The Longevity Yoga Retreat Package, includes 5 days of daily Yoga practice, with Teacher Kaya Peters (5 hours per day), 5 Nights accommodation in single, double or triple occupancy in fully equipped suites, Full Wellness Board, Unlimited access to the SPA (indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, sensations shower), 1 Body Scrub + 1 Cranio Facial Massage. For the programme to be held a minimum number of participants is required. Reservations can be made until the 21st of November. The person responsible for the Retreat Yoga Classes is the teacher Kaya Peters. She has studied Yoga in the Classical Hatha Yoga tradition in Asia, The Netherlands and Portugal. She participated in a Teacher Training course which combined the teachings of Meditation, Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas and Bandhas with the study of ancient texts and anatomy.
