Mr. Borlack is the Founding/Managing Partner of McCaque Peacock Borlack LLP. He earned his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow with the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. He is affiliated with the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Bar Association. Mr. Borlack has been recognized with the Service Award for the Profession by the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario in 1998 and was named one of the top construction lawyers in Canada by the National Post. He is the Former Editor of Uberrima Fides, an insurance law journal. He has numerous published articles about debtor and creditor issues, insolvency, construction law, business law and insurance matters. Mr. Borlack currently resides in Toronto, ON Canada.
