CAI Calls for Nominations for 6th Annual Ovation Awards for Human Resource Excellence

Human Resource Management Firm Welcomes Nominations for Exceptional Workplaces in Small, Mid-Size and Large Company Categories

Raleigh, NC, November 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Bruce Clarke, president and CEO of CAI (http://www.capital.org), a human resource management firm that helps organizations maximize employee engagement while minimizing employer liability, has announced the Call for Nominations for the 6th Annual Ovation Awards for Human Resource Excellence. CAI’s Ovation Awards honor exceptional workplaces that have implemented innovative people management practices that have positively impacted business results. The awards include three categories: small companies (less than 250 employees), mid-size companies (between 250-500 employees) and large companies (more than 500 employees). The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, Nov. 30, and all submissions are free.

Interested applicants should submit a two-to-three-paragraph synopsis of their organization’s innovative human resource and people practices, including organizational needs, the implemented business solution and the measurable and/or forecasted business results to Doug Blizzard at doug.blizzard@capital.org. Ovation Award winners from each category will be recognized at an awards ceremony and asked to present during the CAI HR Management Conference on Tuesday, Feb. 21 through Wednesday, Feb. 22 at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh.
