Cherry, Bekaert & Holland Presents International Roundtables on Structuring for U.S. Multinationals

Regional CPA Firm Presents Discussions in Atlanta, Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C.

Raleigh, NC, November 11, 2011 --( Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P. (CB&H) ( has announced that the firm will present and sponsor international roundtable series on structuring for U.S. multinationals in Atlanta, GA and Raleigh and Charlotte, N.C. from Nov. 15-17. A group of five panelists representing Dubai, Singapore, Luxembourg and Netherlands as well as CB&H will visit each of the three cities and explore various structuring best practices that can make the management of intellectual, human and financial capital more efficient. These discussions will focus on companies of all sizes that are developing paths to global markets and supply chains that reach across continents. The roundtables will be held at the following times, dates and locations:

- Tuesday, Nov. 15, from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the office of Nelson Mullins (, located at 201 17th St. NW, Ste. 1700 in Atlantic Station, presented by CB&H and Nelson Mullins.

- Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 4:30 p.m. until 7 Byron’s South End, located at 101 W. Worthington Ave. #110, presented by the International Fiscal Association of the Carolinas Region and sponsored by CB&H.

- Thursday, Nov. 17, from 7:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel, located at 4700 Emperor Blvd., presented by the Association for Corporate Growth and sponsored by CB&H.
