Chuck Kocher Knows How to Separate Your Business from the Competition

Hall of Fame ActionCOACH Business Coach to appear at 2012 Business Excellence Forum

Las Vegas, NV, November 13, 2011 --( Going into his second decade as an ActionCOACH Business Coach, Chuck Kocher has seen it all. Based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Kocher has worked with virtually every type of business imaginable and he has also learned some universal truths that most successful businesses already know. This is why he will teach attendees “How to Separate Your Business from the Competition” at the 2012 Business Excellence Forum in Memphis Tennessee at the Hilton Memphis on January 13 and 14, 2012.

“We face tough economic times but what most business owners don’t realize is that if you can promise your customers a unique selling point (USP) and a guarantee while focusing on the big picture, you can absolutely crush your competition,” Kocher said.

Kocher’s interactive workshop is designed to clarify why businesses need to use a USP and guarantee to differentiate their business in the marketplace.

“When people leave this workshop they will have a unique set of tools they can use to make their business different from the rest,” Kocher said. “When I work with clients in this area, I ask them what customers don’t like about their industry. For instance, say the plumbing industry is known for being late to appointments. If your plumbing business guarantees you will be on time and never late, you have a powerful USP compared to the rest of your industry.”

Kocher is not the only expert to speak at The 2012 Business Excellence Forum. In fact, each workshop will be delivered by presenters with expertise in the world of small business, including Brad Sugars and Mark Sanborn. The Business Excellence Forum also features networking events, workshops seminars and breakout sessions.

“This is my second appearance at the Business Excellence Forum and last year’s event was a terrific experience. It’s a great opportunity for business owners and entrepreneurs to learn from experts but also learn from each other by networking and talking about the issues that challenge them.”

The Business Excellence Forum is sponsored by ActionCOACH as part of the company’s continued commitment to business re-education throughout the world. For more information about attending the Business Excellence Forum or for entry information for the 2012 Business Excellence Awards, visit
