“Many people aren’t comfortable with a gym setting,” says Becky Walls, owner and Certified Stott Pilates Instructor. “I’m excited to offer a smaller, more intimate setting. Clients see faster results, because I take the time to get to know what their body can do and can’t do. It’s not a one-size fits all workout.” Individually, in a group or duo session, Inspired Movement Pilates Studio has the right package for your fitness level.
Ms. Walls also teaches a gentle Pilates at the Dr. Richard C. Ostenson Cancer Center, near Good Samaritan Hospital. Survivors benefit with improved muscle tone, flexibility, and reduction of fatigue that often accompanies cancer treatment.
“It’s been wonderful to have Becky teach gentle Pilates at the cancer center. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for wellness has been well received by all who have taken Pilates with her. She is amazing how she can adapt exercises to work for our individual patients’ needs, and we usually have a waiting list for her class.” - Kathy Scholz, Resource Center Coordinator, the Dr. Richard C. Ostenson Cancer Center.
