Randall Leshin of The Leshin Law Firm Launches Condominium Law Service

Randall Leshin and the Leshin Law Firm has added condominium law to their service offerings. Randall Leshin and his team will work with condominium associations and individuals.

Pompano Beach, FL, November 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Florida based Leshin Law Firm, a distinguished practice well-known for its commercial litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure work, recently unveiled a new condominium law service. The new practice area builds upon the firm’s two decades of real estate, foreclosure, and commercial litigation experience.

Despite the massive numbers of condominiums across Florida, condo law remains a relatively rare legal specialty. To do clients justice, condo lawyers require a great deal of familiarity with complex legislation and rules. South Florida, which continues to see growth in condominium development, remains a community in need of such specialty services.

“Florida faces unique challenges in the housing market, including high foreclosure rates, constant development and re-development, as well as a large number of investment buyers,” explains Randall Leshin, who founded the firm. “We already have the background and know-how to hit the ground running.”

The Leshin Law firm’s condominium division will provide representation services for foreclosures and assessing condo fees, penalties, fines, and collections. They will oversee condominium association and board elections, annual meetings and minutes, as well as the preparation and revisions of bylaws.
