The “30 Days of the SICest Content” contest kicks off December 12 for CrossFitters, yogis, triathletes, snowboarders and other athletes to share their lifestyle and passion for fitness. Participants have until January 10 at noon to upload a SICflick, photo or blog.

The winning PROGENEX SICflick will receive $5,000 while the top photo and blog will each receive $1,000 in prize money.
