Devine Lodges Plans for $160M Waverley Park

Eading residential developer Devine Communities is planning to transform a former horse stud once owned by former QLD politician Russ Hinze in Willow Vale into a $160m masterplanned community.

Willow Vale, Australia, December 18, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Devine Communities has lodged a development application with Gold Coast City Council for its proposed new residential estate, Waverley Park.
