New "Pick a Goal" Feature Released in Time for New Year’s Resolutions

Thousand Oaks, CA, December 20, 2011 --(PR.com)-- GoalsGoneSocial dot-com, a social networking and goal management website, has introduced a new feature designed to present people with an array of personal goal possibilities. The new feature, called ‘Pick a Goal’, lets users scan through a variety of different goals providing background information about each goal along with suggested goal plans.

By integrating an informational blog with the goal setting and management function, users not only learn about different goals, but upon finding an appealing one can select it enabling all of the website features. Once their goal is posted users are able to leverage the social aspect of the Goals Gone Social website to find goal partners and engage with others who may have similar or related interests.

Topics range from business and self-growth to personal enrichment covering time frames from weekend goals to long term goals with multiple milestones. “Some goals are life changing or success oriented and some are just for the fun of it,” said David Fealkoff, creator of Goals Gone Social, “Even if people are not explicitly in the mindset of setting new goals, we think this feature will provide visitors with food for thought and might inspire new life adventures.”

Being exposed to the broadest possible range of options is an important first step in setting and prioritizing goals. This is true at any time but particularly true around the holidays where we tend to think about big goals for the New Year. ‘Pick a Goal’ allows visitors to quickly expand their range of options for consideration and set the wheels in motion as simply as possible.

“Pick a Goal is a foundation feature of Goals Gone Social and an important part of our effort to create the most inspiring, informative, and feature rich goal setting experience possible,” said Mr. Fealkoff, “and new goals and updates to existing goals will be added on a weekly basis.”
