Line dancing gives participants all the joys of dancing without the need for a partner. It helps people maintain a healthy weight, good muscle tone, and youthful balance and coordination, while providing a good low impact cardio workout with no special equipment or clothing needed to get started. Professional instruction is now available online for the first time, helping people learn at their pace in the convenience of their home.

About the featured choreographer
Zuzana Cortova’s childhood ballet training and figure skating in Sweden led to classical ballroom dancing training during high school. She enjoyed square dancing with her husband, Nicolas Cort, and the two found line dancing. In 1994, they founded Saloon Crew which specializes in providing classes in line dancing for the general public, dance education and training for competition dancers, and training for dance instructors in the dance department. Saloon Crew also offers entertainment with theme line dance and has experience organizing dance competitions. They also work as instructors for Line Dance Helsingborg, a non-profit association which provides public dance classes. During her 16 years of line dancing, Cortova has undergone extensive training as an instructor, participated in the training of judges and competed in line dance in Europe and the U.S.
