John is the newest member of the staff and has come to the company with a long history of helping clients. “I am pleased to be able to use my background as a retail manager in the health foods industry to continue to help improve people's lives in an industry that I have always been passionate about,” said John. “I believe that John is a great addition to the staff because he is great working with people and has experience as a personal investor who has managed his own portfolio for a number of years. Mr. Gorges is the latest addition to the company Executive Training Program that has been developed to produce Branch Managers for Simmers Financial Group. The company training program has been developed to have individuals supervising and gaining management experience in 4-6 months with the long term goal of becoming a Branch Manager in 24-30 months. “We are in the growth stage of the company and it is exciting to train and mentor the Executive Staff as they progress in their careers and help us expand the organization,” explained Shawn Mora Vice President.
