CT REIA Announces January 2012 Seminar for Real Estate Investors with Wealth-Building Expert Andy Heller

On January 16, 2012, the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) will be hosting its monthly meeting with Andy Heller in Cromwell, CT. Attendees will learn about wealth-building strategies for real estate investors.

West Hartford, CT, January 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Andy Heller is announcing the CT REIA Monthly Meeting for real estate investors on January 16, 2012. This meeting will take place from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT.

At 5:45, attendees will discover CT REIA membership benefits at the New Members Workshop. At 5:55 attendees will meet the CT REIA annual award winners from 2011 and the deals that led them to success. At 6:00 there will be a special Early Bird Workshop with Andy Heller. Most national speakers come to town, make their presentation, and fly out the next morning. REOs and to a lesser degree lease/options are amongst the strategies with the most misconceptions, and as a result many investors avoid these strategies due to misinformation. So they asked Andy to have an early bird workshop to answer some questions from attendees. At 6:30 there will be a Speed Networking and Member Deals portion of event. This is organized so that attendees get to meet the people they need to meet. At 7:15 Andy Heller will begin his presentation.

In 2005, Fortune Magazine recognized Andy Heller’s program among the top five real estate wealth-building strategies. After the Fortune recognition, requests came in for Andy and Scott to speak and teach others what they have learned during their real estate investing career. Attendees of this seminar will learn: the easiest way to find foreclosures; how to visit only 2 or 3 properties for every one purchased; how to be a landlord without typical landlord headaches; why a motivated tenant is the key to landlording fortunes; how to sell enough properties to finance portfolio growth; how to sell for top dollar without paying real estate commissions; how to present a low offer so the seller sees it as "fair and reasonable"; how to invest today without a lot of cash or great credit; why today's cooling market is a great opportunity for investors; and much more.

CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people who want to buy homes or investment properties. Each month nationally recognized real estate investing trainers hold seminars at CT REIA. Real estate professionals, investors, landlords, property managers, realtors, contractors, wholesalers, rehabbers, and the general public are invited to attend our meetings.
