About the featured choreographer
Will Craig began dancing at the age of 9. His mother took him to a line dance class at a popular club, and he easily picked up on the local dances. A couple years later, in 1996, a dance team named “Pure Country” noticed Will dancing and invited him to join the team. Pure Country went on to win numerous awards in the Team Division in the United Country Western Dance Council Competitions. In 1997, Will began to compete in the Junior Division and took first place in the Junior International Pro Am in 1998 at UCWDC Worlds Competitions. He then began teaching at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in 1999 and won numerous awards in Ballroom Dancing. However, eventually Will was drawn back to Country Line Dancing. Since 2001 he has remained committed to teach, choreograph and dance simply for fun. Will teaches regularly at a local club near his hometown of Huntersville, North Carolina and at numerous national dance conferences each year. His choreography is the recipient of numerous awards and delights dancers around the world.
