A discussion on recent developments in Medicaid and long term care as well as employment law will be included.

The program is presented by the ISBA General Practice Section and co-sponsored by the Lake County Bar Association, McHenry County Bar Association, North Suburban Bar Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. It qualifies for 7.0 credit hours based on a 60 minute MCLE (Minimum Continuing Legal Education) credit hour.
