Boy concentrates her practice in employment law, assisting clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling. She is the lead writer of the Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog, and regularly writes articles for other publications. Additionally, Boy frequently speaks to businesses and professional groups on various employment matters. Boy is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law. Boy currently serves as an attorney coach for the Bishop Verot High School mock trial team. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with honors, and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she was an editor of the Stetson Law Review.
