Executive Vice President of Culture and Talent at Local Healthcare Software Firm to Discuss “Keeping Team Members Engaged”

The session, titled “Keeping Team Members Engaged,” will take place on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the First Citizens Center, located at 4300 Six Forks Road.

Adams will share tips and ideas to help teams feel more valued and become more engaged. This discussion aims to emphasize the importance of building high-performance environments where people, learning and fun are priorities, with special attention given to small businesses.
