Randy Boyd Joins SEPI Engineering & Construction as Manager of Water Resources

Hydraulics Specialist Joins Local Engineering Firm.

Raleigh, NC, February 09, 2012 --( Sepi Asefnia, president of SEPI Engineering & Construction (, a firm which provides civil engineering and planning services to private and public sector clients across the Southeast, has announced the addition of Randy Boyd as manager of water resources. In his position, Boyd will be responsible for overseeing the development of hydraulics for various projects.

A Virginia native, Boyd brings 21 years of experience with him to SEPI Engineering & Construction. Boyd received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University, with a concentration in construction. Previously, he spent two decades in the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s hydraulics unit, serving as a regional hydraulics engineer for 15 years. Boyd is also a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). He currently resides in Raleigh with his wife and two children.
