What a huge surprise! We extend a warm thank you for your generosity demonstrated in the abundance of coats delivered this afternoon to Merriam Park Elementary. With a population of just under 60% qualifying for the free and reduced lunch program, our families have many needs that frequently go unnoticed because of our Johnson County address! Just today we received an email from a concerned mom whose son lost his only coat. She was grateful for the warm weather predicted today but wondered what they would do when the temperatures dropped. Because of your donation he will have a coat when that happens.

The Clinic gave more than 30 new winter coats to the school from proceeds brought in from new patient exams and established treatments. This was part of the Overland Park chiropractic clinic’s Miracle Year For Wellness and Coats for Kids program.
