)-- Booster Juice of Portland, Oregon announced today they have partnered with Poelman construction and Ware Malcomb architects to complete the first of four stores in Northern California. Their first store is 95% complete and is slated to open in Rocklin/Roseville area Saturday, June 2nd, said Jon Amack, president and co-founder of Booster Juice.
“We are very excited to be a part of this new “Juice and Smoothie Concept” with Booster Juice. This concept should do very well here in Northern California,” says Ken Poelman of Poelman Construction.
The store will offer 25 varieties of smoothies and a dozen fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Customers can choose one of the 10 nutritional supplement “boosters” that add a kick to the smoothies. Additionally, Booster Juice goes beyond smoothies and offers fresh delicious Panini’s, quesadillas and wrap sandwiches.
Locally, Scott Buss and Paula Schmidt of PSB Smoothie Development Corporation are bringing the Booster Juice brand of Juice and Smoothie Bars to the Northern California and Nevada area. “The Booster Juice advantage is the ingredients in the product,” says Scott Buss, “We use 100% pure juice, real fruit, no sugar additives and we use less ice than our competitor’s smoothies to ensure a higher quality creamy smoothie that preserves the taste and reduces calories.” Adding freshly made non-fat active live culture yogurt, using sorbet instead of sherbet and offering a variety of vitamin and herbal boosts raises the Booster Juice smoothie to a new level of health.
Tiffany English, Director, Interior Architecture & Design says, “Ware Malcomb is thrilled to be a part of Booster Juice’s expansion into California and Nevada. Booster juice provides a refreshing and consumer conscious brand through their healthy smoothies, juices and food offerings.”
Buss and Schmidt are excited to be part of the Booster Juice organization bringing the Booster Juice lifestyle to customers and Franchise Owners across the greater Sacramento area. PSB Smoothie Development Corporation eventually plans to sell and open 30-40 franchised stores through northern California and Nevada.
