Co-owner Mrs. Nancy Rogers takes the helm as majority shareholder of the corporation and CEO

Baltimore, MD, May 24, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Securityhunter Inc, GSA contractor and growing electronic security integrator announces that it is now a woman-owned small business. Co-owner, Nancy Rogers takes the helm as majority shareholder and CEO of the company.

Since it's inception in 1988, Mrs. Rogers has remained a valuable asset to the operation of the privately held company. Mrs. Rogers brings invaluable research experience to Securityhunter, as the company continues to pursue several patentable concepts in security and related technology fields. A project of special interest to Mrs. Rogers is a patent pending design that incorporates audio and video components for the hearing impaired.

Mrs. Rogers holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and graduate degrees from Johns Hopkins University and The University of Maryland and has published scientific papers throughout her career.

Nancy Rogers will manage the company as Co-CEO with Michael S. Rogers and will oversea strategic business planning and operations. Mrs. Rogers will be directly responsible for Business Development and the Research and Development division that will also include the introduction of the company's branded security equipment.
